At Tribesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
